Tuna ---a healthy and tasty sandwich
Ingredients:
1 can tuna (in water) - drained
2 tbs hummus
1/4 avocado
some tomato cut up
a few mild yellow pepper rings
**option -- add some feta
splash of olive oil (I used basil olive oil)
sprinkle of crushed red pepper - if you like spice (it's great for boosting metabolism)
sprinkle of oregano (just for flavor cause I love using spice!)
Mix it all together and then place it on top of your favorite 100% whole wheat bread (the nuttier and thicker the better I think!)
