Banana Cranberry Farro Breakfast
Last night I cooked a bunch of farro for dinner. I always cook extra so I have easy meals or snacks for the next few days. Instead of my usual oatmeal I used farro and mixed in walnuts, bananas, craisins, a little cinnamon, and honey. Mixed with milk and heated up. It was good!
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked farro
1/2 banana
20 or so craisins
6 or so broken up walnuts
sprinkle of cinnamon
drizzle of honey
splash of milk
Mix everything except the cinnamon and honey and warm in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle honey on the top.
I got a big bag of farro from Costco. It's so much cheaper than other stores.
