Healthy Fruit and Nut Oatmeal Power Bars
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups oats
½ cup milk
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped dates (or raisins)
¼ cup chopped walnuts (or leave out)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 cup honey
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 tsp almond extract
3 tablespoons flax seed powder
1/8 cup honey

3 tablespoons flax seed powder
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Drop mixture by the tablespoon into mini paper cupcake liners that have been sprayed with a little olive oil.
Makes 18 servings
