Homemade Pizza on the Grill

Homemade Pizza on the Grill
This is the best pizza you will ever eat because YOU decide on the TOPPINGS!!!!
We make a bunch of varieties of pizza at one time!
Ingredients:
Frozen bread dough (I use wheat)
Pizza sauce
Cheese of your choice (mozzerella, pepper jack, fresh mozzerella balls)
Toppings of your choice.
Follow the directions for the dough to rise then use a rolling pin and flour to flatten the dough out. You will have 2 12x16 pizza crusts. Brush with olive oil and crisp up on the grill on both sides be sure not to burn it. All all sauce, toppings, and cheese and grill until melted. When we make both pizzas we put our oven on at 200 to keep the first one warm while the second cooks. Use a pizza cutter to cut up.
Here are a few pizza ideas:
-fresh basil, tomatoes, garlic with the mozzerella balls
-carmalized onions and bell peppers, spinach, mushroom, garlic with pepper jack cheese
-bell peppers, mushroom, mild yellow peppers with pepper jack and mozzerella cheese
-pepperoni, mushroom with mozzerella cheese
