Quick breakfast: eggs pre-made in muffin tin

Make 12 servings of eggs for an easy breakfast.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup spinach
1 tsp spice of choice (I used vegatable flakes)

Mix all together, spray muffin tin with olive oil, pour in egg mix.
Bake in oven 350 for 25 minutes.
Store in freezer and take out when ready to eat.
