Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp lawyer's seasoning salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Toss cauliflower, olive oil, cayenne powder, lawyer's seasoning salt, ground pepper together in bowl. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Take out and mix cauliflower with balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese. Lay back on baking sheet and cook for another 5 minutes at 450. Serve immediately.

This tasted great! I had never made cauliflower before. I will definitely be making this again. My husband even liked it!
ReplyDeletethis was amazing! loved the combo of flavors. i used 1/2 the cayenne though since my kids don't like things too hot. it was still a little spicy for my daughter, but i thought it was perfect!!
