Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Turkey Lettuce Wraps
 
Cook in pan on stove until done and set aside:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 egg scrambled


In the same pan cook the following:
1 cup diced water chestnuts
8oz diced up mushrooms
1/4 cup diced onions
2 garlic cloves diced and smashed
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tbs olive oil
2tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar


Add turkey and egg mix to pan then cook for a few more minutes
Mix together and serve to pour in lettuce wraps:
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
Splash olive oil
Peel off each piece of iceberg lettuce so that you have a plate full of lettuce wraps
Fill one wrap with large scoop of farro large scoop of turkey mix and drizzle with soy sugar sauce.
Fold the wrap and eat.
