Dark Chocolate Banana Protein Shake

Protein shake
High in protein, iron, potassium, and a spice kick for your metabolism!

1 banana
1 cup coconut milk unsweetened (or low fat milk)
1/4 cup protein powder (chocolate)
1 tsp dark cocoa powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs black strap molasses
Ice
Blend in blender (magic bullet)
