Gruyère (cheese) and bacon fondue

Gruyère (cheese) and bacon fondue
8 oz Gruyère (cheese) - grated
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbs butter
1 tbs flour
1 strips of bacon
2 smashed cloves garlic
Pepper to taste

Cook 2 strips bacon chop up. In fondue pot heat and stir butter and flour. Add garlic, grated cheese and wine and stir until melted. Add in bacon and pepper.

Dip crusty bread, broccoli, Cauliflower, mushrooms, and carrots.
