The best ribs EVER!!
1 rack of baby back ribs
1 can of dark beer
Jar of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
Tin foil
Line a large pan with short sides with foil that is long enough to wrap a rack of ribs. Fold the foil so that it is a "boat" for the ribs. Pour a can of dark beer in the "boat" and fold the tops of the foil so that it seals but leaves a large area of breathing space. Put the ribs on the pan in the oven at 200 for 2 hours. Place the ribs on the grill without foil and cook for 20 minutes. Lather with sweet baby rays BBQ sauce a variety of times.
These ribs will be fall off the bone good. Serve immediately!
