Cheesy Gooey Spinach & Artichoke Crusty Bread
This belongs in a restaurant that serves wonderful food!!! That's what I thought when I took my first bite of this tonight. I hit the jackpot on this creation! It's gooey, it's cheesy, it's tasty and the bread was perfectly crusty. It's what I want if I order spinach/artichoke dip or bread. So how do you make it? Easy!
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and diced up
6 oz of spinach, I used frozen spinach thawed it and squeezed out the liquid
2 cloves garlic, diced
4 oz whipped cream cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/3 cup shaved parmesan cheese
1 loaf French bread
Preheat oven 350
Place all ingredients in a bowl EXCEPT 1/2 cup gouda cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Mix with electric mixer. Cut the loaf in half, almost all the way through so that it's still together. Hollow out the inside of each half of bread. Scoop the mix into the loaf. Cover the top with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Take the foil off and add the extra cup of cheese on the top. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve and slice.
