Broccoli and Spinach Healthy Dip


Broccoli and Spinach Healthy Dip
 
Perfect for a quick snack! And healthy too! I'm serving it with pretzel chips!
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli (I used frozen that I heated in microwave or you could cook raw broccoli)
1 cup spinach (I used frozen that I heated in micro)
1 garlic clove diced
1 small jalapeno or shake of tabasco sauce (use which ever you have)
1 green onion or shake of onion powder (use which ever you have)
2 oz shredded pepper jack cheese or mozzarella cheese
2 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice or lemon
salt to taste

Put all in food processor and mix. Serve either hot or cold. I think hot tastes better!
