Spinach and Buffalo Lasagna
2 cups chopped spinach
Cook together
1 box lasagna whole grain noodles
2 jars sauce or make own
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
30 oz ricotta cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Layer noodles, sauce, ricotta cheese, meat and spinach mixture, repeat 2 more times add mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake 350 for 50 minutes and last few minutes broil to crisp up the cheese.
