Ricotta and Pear Tapas

Ricotta and Pear Tapas
1 loaf crusty wheat bread from bakery section of store, sliced
1/2 cup container ricotta cheese
2 pears, sliced
3 oz sliced almonds
Honey

Cut bread and layout slices. Top with 1 tsp ricotta cheese, one slice of pear, a drizzle of honey, and a few sliced almonds.
