Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
12 oz jar roasted red peppers drained
1 clove garlic diced and smashed
15oz can chickpeas drained and rinced
3 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp ground cumin
2 tbs water
Place all ingredients in magic bullet(or food processor) and blend until smooth. Serve cold or warmed.  Serve with pretzel chips or bread.
