Light and Fresh Rosemary Lemon Zucchini

Light and Fresh Rosemary Lemon Zucchini 
2 zucchini chopped up
2 tsp lemon olive oil (or olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice)
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp crushed rosemary
1/2 orange fresh squeezed
Mix together and bake in 9x9 glass pan in oven 350 for 1 hour
