1/4 cup chopped spinach (I used frozen)
2 tbs blueberries (I used frozen)
1 cup coconut milk unsweetened (or low fat milk)
1/4 cup protein powder (chocolate)
1 tsp dark cocoa powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs black strap molasses
Ice
Blend in blender (magic bullet)
