Baked Spinach Ravioli
Preheat oven: 375 Makes 7-9 servings
Ingredients and Directions:
12 oz salsa
6 oz tomato paste
1 tbs dry Italian seasoning ( I used Italian seasoning, oregano, and basil)
Mix all together set aside

1.5 cup cottage cheese
1.5 cup chopped spinach (frozen thawed in micro and drain liquid)
Ground black pepper to taste
Mix all and set aside

25 ravioli ( I used frozen, boiled water until cooked then drained)
Using a 8x8 pan spray olive oil then spread light layer of sauce on bottom. Place 9 ravioli, layer of sauce, layer of spinach, and continue two more times. Top with 3 oz Italian blend shredded cheese
Bake at 375 for 1/2 hour ( last 5 min broil to crisp up cheese)
