Sweet Marmalade Turkey Meatballs with Cranberry Rice
This meal idea started when I was making a "March Monday Meal" using mostly "M" ingredients!!!

Make 28 meatballs  5 or so servings

Sweet Sauce Ingredients:
Equal parts of all the following:
2 tbs Molasses
2 tbs Maple Syrup
2 tbs Dijon Mustard
2 tbs Orange Marmalade
2 tbs Mandarin orange squeezed

Mix all ingredients together and after rice and meatballs are plated, pour some sauce on top.

Meatball Ingredients:
8 oz mushrooms, diced
20 oz lean ground turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp salt (low sodium)
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Mix all together and form into 28 or so balls. Heat a large pan with Fustini's Garlic Oil and Fustini's Blood Orange Olive Oil. Add 3/4 cup water. Turn meatballs every 5 min or so. Done when center is cooked and each ball is slightly browned on outside.

Cook Great Valley Healthy Expectations Cranberry and almond rice medly in pot according to directions. I bought it from Costco but you can always make rice and add cranberries and almond slivers.
