Pretzel Brownie Marshmallow Pizza

Pretzel Brownie Marshmallow Pizza

This is so good but oh so bad for you!!!! And oh so worth it! If you ask a 6 year old if he wants to help make a pizza that is brownie and marshmallow fluff I'm pretty sure the answer will always be YES! He decided to add both mini M&M's and mini chocolate chips. The pretzel crust makes the brownie have that added salty crunch that I love.

Pretzel = "crust"
Brownie = "sauce"
Marshmallow fluff = "cheese"
M&M's and chocolate chips = "toppings"

Ingredients:
1 box Brownie mix(I used Ghirardelli triple chocolate from costco ) but any will do!
2 eggs
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbs water
2 cups crushed pretzels (I bought the skinny stick pretzels, put some in a gallon baggie and rolled with a rolling pin to crush)
1 jar (7oz) of marshmallow fluff
Mini M&M's
Mini chocolate chips

Mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water in a bowl. Crush the pretzels and then spread in a circle on a cookie sheet about 12x12 inches. Spread the brownie mix on top and leave a little edge of pretzel to look like pizza crust. Bake 325 in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Let pretzel and brownie cool 15 minutes or as long as you want. We were eager to eat it! Spread the marshmallow fluff on the brownie. Let the youngest in the family put the toppings on!
