Lemon Feta Dip

Lemon Feta Dip
I had extra feta that I needed to use. So I decided garlic and lemon would be a good flavor with feta. I mixed it up and wow was it tasty. I'll be making this at my next gathering.

Ingredients:
1 cup feta crumbled
1/2 lemon squeezed
1 tbl Fustini's Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
1/4 tsp oregano flakes
1 garlic clove, smashed and diced

Mix in a bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds (or just warm) and stir. Serve with pretzels or Ritz crackers.
