Chicken, Red Pepper, White Bean Crock-pot

So quick and easy and GOOOOD! I love using my crockpot. Just toss in frozen breasts of chicken in the morning and when I get home from work add the "other stuff" for an hour or so. 
Wha-la.....DONE!

4 boneless skinless breasts of chicken, frozen is fine
1 can white beans, drained
2 red bell peppers, cut into slices
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp oregano flakes
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled

Toss chicken in crock-pot in the morning on low. 9-10 hours later toss in beans, peppers, and garlic salt. Use a big fork to break up the chicken and mix all items somewhat. 1-2 hours later serve on plates/bowls sprinkle oregano and feta cheese on top.
*If you want cook rice, quinoa or a grains blend to serve with this.
