Lemon Garlic and Rosemary Crockpot Chicken
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 lemons freshly squeezed
2 cloves garlic, minced
2oz whipped cream cheese
1 tsp rosemary
1. Squeeze juice of three lemons and place chicken, garlic and lemon juice in a crockpot. I cook on low all day (8-10 hours).
2. Take a cup or two (depending on the thickness you want) of the juice from the crockpot and mix it in a bowl with cream cheese.
3. Ladle the sauce over pasta, then place your chicken on top! I added broccoli too! Then sprinkle the rosemary on top.
Added bonus: I love oil and vinegar from Fustini's. I have lemon oil that is amazing. I drizzled a little in the cream cheese mix and I also drizzled some over the whole dish after it was served. Not necessary but gave the dish an extra zest! http://www.fustinis.com/
