Cranberry and Orange Brie with Toasted Almonds

 Cranberry and Orange Brie with Toasted Almonds

1 cup dried cranberries, diced
3 oranges, juiced
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 circle Brie cheese
1 or 2 packages crackers

Mix cranberries, orange juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar in saucepan. Boil 5 min, cover 10 min, uncover 10 min.

On olive oil sprayed cookie sheet baked almonds 5 min until browned.

Cut off outside of Brie ( if you don't plan on eating it) place on olive oil sprayed cookie sheet( I used the on from almonds) and place olive oil on top of Brie and sides. Bake in oven 350 for 5 min

Place Brie on serving plate and drizzle with cranberry chutney then top with toasted almonds. Serve with crackers scattered around the edge of the serving platter.
